Early admission for next year is offered to currently enrolled students and
church members beginning January 15th.  Enrollment will be open to the
general public beginning February 1st.  At this time all applications are
accepted on a first received basis. A non-refundable $50 registration fee must
accompany application forms.  Legal proof of birth must be presented in the
office when you return the application form.  If a child cannot be placed in a
class, the applicant will be notified, offered waiting list status and the registration
fee will be refunded. Every child is required by law to have a complete physical
prior to orientation.  You are responsible for making sure that your child has had
the required immunizations.  In accordance with state regulations, a child
will not be admitted to class unless this form is on file.
